Refund Policy


If you have purchased Blocs directly from us and you are not happy with it, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we will issue you a full refund.

Contacting Us

We understand you may be unhappy with Blocs in some capacity, so to help us improve Blocs, it would be extremely helpful, if you could expand on why you are unhappy as it may be something we can improve or explain better in our learning and marketing materials going forward.

Required Info

To help speed up processing your refund, we recommend forwarding your original email receipt along with your initial refund request. We usually issue refunds within 48 hours (excluding weekends).
